“Fuck you, I’m not quitting!” was the turning point for Brandon after being cycled in the surf for hours. Believe it or not, no one wanted to associate with him in BUD/S until he turned the corner and became the gray man.
Here we have Brandon tell us a story about his turning point in BUD/S.

Chief - that was classic....a little insight there.....and a chuckle
PERSONAL WAR STORIES IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FORGET IN FRIENDS,FAMILIES,GOOD COMPANY,AND OTHER GUESTS.THIS MEMORIES OF BATTLES,LOST FRIENDS. IS TIME TO REMEMBER THIS PART OF YOUR LIFE.
If I'm not mistaken , you shared some of this in your book. So, in essence you were the Gomer Pyle ( full metal jacket) lumpy durfy dude who became pretty wired after hell week. In every book I have read... And there is a shit ton of them, one incident stands out. You sitting on the bottom of the pool smiling at the instructors. When it comes back around to another of your stories, instead of going back to read Red Circle again, please share it. Between inflection and intonation, to me ....the difference between talk and text, the live version can only do the book version justice. Thanks BW At some point, I'd love to hear from a SEAL that was under your tutelage as a Sniper Instructor. ML mentioned a tiny shout out referring to how in the hell a 6'5" dude was supposed to turn into a bush ... along those lines. To invite those guys in, I guess it would be like the prisoners taking over the jail. Not sure if protocol, or chain of command or respect plays in but just sayin. Thanks again for the story.
